I've never opened up my dash before, so I'm wondering how you changed the color of the cluster lights. Is it just rubber film over LEDs like with the cig lighter? Changing mine from that boring factory green to either white or a lighter shade of blue would be cool.

I did a search and found a DIY thread very helpful, but I did it with adhesive translucent paper behind the gauges (a little different than others people method) It works very good, and resist heat. Try it.
