Still here guys been working a lot so the project has came to a hold. But I'm collecting still. May finish some bits up that I need to get done. My newest edition its used needs a good clean but
Hey people I'm back. Took a break spent tone with my fan and just worked. Got rid of the sedan for this cb coupe, the deal alone made me get it as soon as I saw it and all it has is aa blown head gasket but I still have my old reliable block
I worked on it earlier. I'm going to be pulling the block out tomorrow, so I could clean the bay and see what I need to paint or how it looks. I'll be preparing for lines and battery cable relocation
How the bay looks as of now. But I'll take care that soon
.
First you say just a blown head gasket, then you say basically mint, then you show that picture and I started laughing lol. I'm assuming the body is in basic mint condition? I'm glad to see your back

Well back story on this coupe is that the prev. Owner's grandma drove the car it over heated one day and instead of stopping she kept driving til it blew. He wanted to fix the car but he obviously didn't so it sat til I got it, now there is 2/rust spots but bad looks to have not gone through yet but I will fix that. This coupe should be getting a respray in March or so. So.every flaw will.be covered. Other than.that there is no body dents but fender and hood. But that's covered already
Sorry guys been really busy but I have done some stuff on the cb. I managed to get most of what I got for the cb, and started on the wiring. I still need a bit more but hopefully will be finished very soon. I hate woring so much but it helps.
Back in January I scored some bucket seats. for A fair price
About a week after I my friend helped me out with some parts, h22 euro r tb,a seat bracket modded for a bucket. and jdm h22a dizzy Also not pictured a h23 IM i scored cheap.
Moving foward I started the removal process of the engine as well as started the tuck process I also cleaned the bay up some aswell. not finished yet but the bay looks way better
before and after
Since I'll be tracking the(not drag racing) cb and cocerned about going off track or hitting some debris while racing I decided that cutiing into the fender frame well would be alot safer than leaving the wires outside exposed
Also got some misc. parts for the build but are important for me as well
