Ol blue : 1993 Accord EX

Well just recently I traded my beat up eclipse for a 1993 cb9 wagon. My eclipse had 220k on the clock and was in rough shape. The wagon is super clean for being in Minnesota, all it needed was a trans.

    This:

    For this:

I will get more pictures later. I replaced the trans already and have been driving it for a week. It now has 135k and mp1a trans in it

    Engine:
    Everything stock for now
    Mp1a trans

    Exterior:
    Again stock for now

    Interior:
    Led cluster gauge
Led in doors and dome lights

    Suspension/wheels:
Stock until I swap my 95 ex rims on it

    Future mods:
Mild f22a n/a mild in store
    Koni yellows with h&r springs
17in rims (hopefully falken hanabis rims in bronze)
Swap in painted headlights and mini d2s retro
    Clear bumper and corner lights
Header and install catback with hyper medallion muffler
    50% tint all around
    Black Leather door panels
    Window visors
Replace blown speakers ( Rockford fosgate front speakers - thanks Jarrett and some 200 watt 6x9, just need 2 more 4 inch speakers)
    Install my kenwood headunit

You wouldn't have happened to have sourced the MP1A from Bill, would you?

No I believe he is down south. I ran 3 hours north just to get this trans for $75, the junkyard said it has been there awhile and they just wanted it gone.

Oh, so it's a USDM MP1A, then. I was just seeing if Bill had sold his LSD MP1A. I haven't heard much from him since he's moved to Minnesota so I didn't know if he was still focused on Hondas.

I wish it was an LSD but I don't know anyone else in Minnesota with an accord that is actually building it other than a guy 20 min away from me kswaping his car. Even then I don't talk to him.

Just put in new front tie rod ends, new upper control arms, and lower ball joints. It is sitting at the shop to get an alignment tomorrow. So should be drive damn near like new when I get my new suspension in.

Just adjusted the valve lash, new valve cover gasket along with the upper spark plug tube grommets, and changed the spark plug and wires. Next on the list change front swaybar links and speakers. I also will be getting a h22 upper plenum and throttle body from a friend. So things are coming along nicely. Than after all that start saving up for my build.

They are brighter than the halogens that were in there and now I can actually see at night.

Polished and waxed it Friday night. A car that sat in the Cali sun for most of its life and that last 2 years in front of a drier vent sure had a thick layer crud on it. Didn't take many pictures just some to show how it looked and what the paint looked like after.

All the little knicks in the paint are the clear coat cracking from the previous owners neglecting the paint. Also these are crappy pics from my iphone 4. Will be painting all the wiper arms here soon, start a new job tomorrow so there should be a lot of updates coming for this and my saab.

                    Edit:
Also the red Honda badge will be getting removed, a friend thought it would be funny to put his red one on mine and take my perfect chrome one.

                      Its looking good.

Amazing what a polish and wax will do.

Put on a new power steering pressure line, now no more power steering fluid on to the accessory belt. Also changed the Tcu to the proper one for the mp1a and it feels like a much better car. I bought the retrofitted headlights from the member on here so they should be here by weekend.

Just picked up this hood bra and fender straps for $10. Figured I couldn't go wrong. I have no idea how to put the fender straps on though, just know I need a button.
