Btw what were your trim levels? (not including imports)
We only got LX, Lxi, EX and EXi (in order, and the i meant injected) ie: LX an EX came Carbed
EXi was the only one that got these accessories standard - sunroof, leather, and A/C
Our trim levels were pretty much divided into two categories, fully imported or locally assembled.

The locally assembled CB3s were either EX (carbie) or the EXi. The 9293 versions also had a black bumpered version.

The imported models were similar to what were available in Japan, since they are grey imports. All trim levels were available, depending on availabilty, from the base 1.8 EX all the way up to the CB4 Si.

The carb --> PGM-Fi swap was done by my dad back in 1999 when the F18a decided to give up after 130k kms. Thats when the F22a took station. And the F22a felt 'livelier' compared to the F22b SOHC non-VTEC in the RA2 Ody.

    1.8 carbed hmm
EX was the lowest trim for the 9091, the difference between EX and EXL was that the latter had central locking, while the EX's A/C was like your DX with the sliders, not turn knobs.

Yeah, Seve, its not too loud, just a deep bassy rumble at lower revs.
