That was answered awhile back in another thread i think 2 years ago I contacted EGR and ran the part # to them and it's non-existent in their system. I then e-mailed EGR from other countries and it was found that the visor mold was being used in Taiwan? or China? but EGR of Austria distributed the final products. What sucks is they tried to trace it for me but basically they deemed it "destroyed" since the CB platform is over 10years old and there isn't enough demand to keep the supply going.

where in the 707 you located, Fairfield?
    I'm in Vacaville

Thanks man! I almost gave up and was thinking going Nissan or Subaru but I had so many jdm spares at the time, I decided to reincarnate my car but with a slightly different goal. Yup I live in Fairfield and work in Vacaville!

more like dump for $1300. The shop that took on my project seized plans and don't want to fab my part anymore because they feel it's necessary to have my car in their garage for precise measurements to ensure fitment.... back to square one i guess. I called another shop Synapse Turbo and they don't want to make me a custom manifold either. I hate B and D series....H's get no love i swear.

      Fine fine....

This is what i've been quiet about for some time. Basically it's like this. A N/A H22a is fun to tackle civics and integras in my area, but newer cars at a minimum run about mid 15's 14s stock and it's especially hard to keep up with the turbocharged SRT4s,Evos, STis etc..

I have 4 cars on my hit list right now and I can't wait to school them. I always bump into them on the road and I can't stand them blowing off on me.

      #1 Mazdaspeed 6
      #2 Rx7 Turbo II
      #3 MKIV Supra
      #4 SRT4

So the time has come to revive my old cars heart into a beast.

I'm still debating on turbo size and quite disappointed my turbo manifold fabricator bailed out on me. I'm really trying to keep my car comfortable and keep A/C and PS....but if it comes down to it I can live without A/C as my old CB7s A/C took a shit and I never had time to recharge it while in college.

Behold Naiyomi's soon to be transplant. I'm shooting for a daily driven 350-400hp on pump gas and possibly upper 500s tuned on race gas.

The head will be sent out next for port n' polish work and installation of some goodies possibly later or early next month when I'm free.

      1) Skunk2 Stg 1 turbo camshafts (D.D. so I'm not trying to have a crazy idle)
      2) Full Supertech valvetrain: valves, seals, guides, retainers etc.
      3) Bisimoto Adjustable Cam Gears

Mmmm... looks like I need to get some stage 2's soon...well once the car starts again of course.

If I beat you after all that money you're going to spend, I am going to laugh at you when you are crying.

                    Thats organic chiquita banana massager.
You should change your pistons if you want to get the most out of stage 2s. If you just drop in stage 2s without pistons, you might as well just do stage 1s and be done with it. Stage ones were designed for daily drivers as drop in and be done with it type deal. When u start messing with stage 2s,3s, the camshafts are a little more aggressive so they could use a little extra help with your bottom end to show it's true colors. DO IT ANT! Just buy that dudes motor swap that bitch in and build your current motor.....you know you want to. I talked to him today and he still has it.... Shit i'm tempted to get it to throw in and get BAR tag and then throwing the J-spec h22 back in.

If you don't want to do that, I'm pretty sure Tony can help you drop in some stock bore size higher compression Type-S or Mahle Gold series pistons that will give you more tuning to work with if you still don't want to do machine work for other aftermarket pistons. Believe me your going to be unhappy with just a Skunk2 pro2s and no bottom end work. That would be like a 45year old woman getting a tit job and not getting a face lift to go with it!

This is what somebody is making on the Neptune forum with just pro1s. You can run open header now so just get a Neptune system and do Stage1s if you wanna save money. Stage2s are a waste in my opinion if your not going to put higher compression pistons in.

Basically a stock bottom end H22A
                    Pro1 Cams
                    Ported Head
                    Custom front exit header
                    Skunk2 Intake manifold

Made a best of 248, but I dialed the cam gears in for a bit better mid range than it had.. since he didn't want to rev it any higher.

This guy is making 248, so I'm guessing he's at least doing mid to high 13s in the quarter. Natallies prelude is running Stage 3s if I remember correctly and her prelude hit 13.04 with full interior but of course the bottom end is built as well. I know her car is at least doing low 12s or better yet knocking on 11s if her car was gutted. I've seen what a built blacktrax N/A h22 can do..... the prelude in oakland was killing STis,Evos, and SRt4s all night at the runs. Sad the guy sold his motor on craigslist earlier last year. I chose to go the turbo route because I want to be fast in the 1/4 and have to torque to play with muscle cars cruising on the freeway.

Like I said Ant, help me sell my Vafc2 and then we can send off my spare po6 to get chipped so at least you'll have a ECU ready for the RTP... oh and get this. They just released Neptune RTP Demon....I would hurry while they have a introductory price. Hit me up later 2nite paggot.

                      The head is finally out!

My $200 skunk2 camshafts are straight and true. *phew* Brought them to several different engine performance shops wanting their opinion on them since I thought they were "defected". Probably the best buy out of my turbo project so far since every engine build part so far seems to have a $200-$300 dollar price tag ouch!

So far my September goal is going swell. If all my parts come in and I have at least enough money for dyno time, my car will have a appointment at Blacktrax for the heart transplant.

Looks like I'm going to give budget gifts to people this year come Christmas.

Rich checking the skunks for any smell issues.

                      More to come....
