The white sedan with front and rear lip might be my buddy, he doesnt have1 piece headlights. black housed with yellow highs and amber corners with reflectors, just ike my old setup, except i didnt yellow my high beams.

He has an 98 accord rear window visor too right? His wheels are replicas of the racing hart c2 evo.

And i dont think he has fogs.

You might've seen a different accord. rumor says that there is a white accord here who moved here not too long ago, but last i heard, it was stock.
