You know what? I hate to say it but; if you stand back and look at it it looks kind of cool. The wheels and the humongous arches make the sides look angled as one. That helps to make it look similar to a giant turtle shell, or something like it.
That combined with the exhaust makes me think spaceship.MRT

30.0 MPG, AC on, aggressively driving around 90.
27.5 MPG, no AC, cruising at 90 with occasional gridlock. 40 degrees Fahrenheit
