ran into a deal i cant resist - Honda CBR 600RR

A bike came into the body shop this past monday to be fixed, that bike was a Brand new 2008 Honda CBR 600RR, apparently the guy did a wheelie and fell and the bike slid, braking the tailight and shaving down the side of the bike, no frame damage, nothing major, parts from honda needed is only 500 dollars

the guy doesn't want it fixed and the insurance company took it today to sell at the auction.

After bothering a few people i was able to get a number of the guy who was going to sell it at the auction. He told me it would be way easier if i bought it, and he would call me once he appraises it, and from just looking at he said about 3000 to 3500 max it would sell for at the auction, and he would get back to me

the bike brand new is 9,000$ it has 100 miles on it and the title isn't salvaged.

So im going to buy it and flip it, but I dont know if I could trust myself with it while I have it.

its a sick ass bike too heres a pic. I honestly want to keep it because its the bike I have always wanted, oh and its light as hell too.

Riding bikes are fun but there is a different awareness factor when riding compared to driving. You basically have to double that kinda since you dont have a steel cage around you lol.
