So I have been laying low due to recent Events. Keeping to myself, I moved out of my old house, And I have a Warehouse that I was using for my business Until the Economy collapsed and my business (junking cars) went to shit.
Anyways, I turned the warehouse into a garage/paintshop and upstairs a hang out area, Since I live with my parents, I only do the sleeping there.
I had originally moved into my house, paying 425 a month rent, plus my warehouse. I moved in with 3 other roomates and one of which was not on the lease and was my roomates Girlfriend. We will call him roomate M and her roomate F. So she was only going to live there because here lease ended and she was going to find another place I was told
I was assured by my highschool friend roomate M that it was ok to sign the lease, i could get out later on, and she was going to move out, and my previous roomate could move in. It never happened, and she stayed there.
Way to many problems came up, and Me and her were fighting too much. And I lost my business. So i told them 5 months ago I was moving out. I stayed for 2 months, and then moved out, Left everything except my Turbo BMW in the garage that I needed funds to finish.
Three months go by, I had moved out, and All i had left was a Honda in the back parked and my BMW in the garage and my trailer in the back as well. 4 days before the end of this month, I come to get my BMW and my roomate has his car parked so I can't tow it.
He was using it as leverage to keep me paying, to extort me for money, and not have to find another roomate, which I was trying very hard to do.
They made no effort, seeing as it was easy to force me to pay. I ended up towing my BMW out of the house, and taking it to my warehouse.
Roomate M works 3 warehouses down from Me at his fathers shop. I came by 2 days ago, And after calling him to move his car (which he wouldn't) I had my BMW on my trailer and he sees this.
Roomate M is from what I have heard and seen, a ROID addict, and is always jacked and gets bigger out of nowhere in a couple weeks, alot bigger.
He follows me around the parking lot revving his engine. When I pull over he floors it and slams on his brakes and cuts me off. I thought he was mad maybe for hurting his car when i towed my bimmer. I Was wrong
Out of nowhere he starts choking me and starts yelling, in a hysteria of what can only be explained as roid rage, my friend is in the seat trying to grab him off of me, I pass out and he lets go of me and starts nailing me in the face, then tries to unlock my door and open it, then grabs me by the shirt and rips it off of me trying to pull me out of the car.
He tells me He wants the money right now, and I say that i can't get it at 7 pm and he tells me he will beat it out of me or kill me. And to give him my BMW because I owe him for rent. its not even rent day, and i haven't not payed yet. He then tells me I have to pay and the next time he sees me he will beat me to death if I dont have the money.
While he was choking me, I called 911 on my phone, which they heard the conversation. He leaves, and goes to my parents house, pulling a ted bundy by acting all nice and telling my mother (who i just called andtold her what happend) that I am a crack and heroin addict. and i have a serious drug problem, and that he is concerned about me, and that I am not paying rent, and that I left junk cars at there house. I had one in the garage one in the back and the truck that i was driving
He tries to get the money out of my mother and tells her that he did not beat me up acting very nice almost crying because he is scared for me and concerned, but she doesn't give money to him, and comes to the warehouse, thinking her son is a crack addict. she sees me bruised up marks all over my face neck and chest and sees my shirt ripped off of me and realizes he is crazy
The police issue a Warant for his arrest, but since he lives in seminole county, it has to go before a state attorney before it can be issued against him in seminole, and the I work in orange.
Roomate M is A former Gang member. He has a serious anger/attitude issue, and thinks he is still living in his old country where you can force people for money.
I have a Ruger p95 9mm gun, which wasn't on me when this had happened. The next 2 days I carry it. I don't return to the warehouse.
Tonight at 12:00 (I had went to the gun range earlier for practice) I had my gun in the glove box, which my friend saw because i had gotten pulled over for not stopping completley at those stupid gas station stop signs when you leave that nobody ever stops at (gotta meet a quota copper). I came to the warehouse for the first time, To grab a bunch of shit, that I could not get during the day because he was still working and hadn't been arrested yet.
I Knew he was looking for me, and was going to attack me if i didn't get him the money. He didn't know about his arrest warrant, and was still on the loose. I Came to the warehouse at 12:01 AM and left before 1:00 AM when I got home, I opened my glove, to find my gun STOLEN.
Yes, Stolen. The area is FAR from any residential neighboorhood, and no buses or any sort of people come through the area on a VERY COLD NIGHT such as this one. Meaning the only person who would come through the area would be Roomate M:
1. knowing i have a gun from living with me and that i usually keep it in the glove box
2. Knowing that I work late, and may or may not be at the warehouse, giving him a chance to rob my car or me, to pawn something for cash.
3. His father owns the business 2 garages down, and he could have hid until I arrived waiting to disarm me, since he knew i would have my gun on me after what he had done.
4. He Knows where I work, and where I live, though I have a camera recording 24/7 at my house. He probably chose the warehouse, not involving my parents
So now i most probably certainly have a roid raged maniac about to kill me with my own gun in the next 24 hours by rent day.
The officer who came originally told me that since im going to have a restraining order on Roomate M, that I should definatley not Pay anymore rent, and my case was a civil case If i didn't pay rent. He turned it into a criminal case.
I am unarmed and completely in dangerous water.
