i think it should be legal to get up inside someones rear quarter and send them into the median if theyre being a dick on the highway.

i miss my jeep for the pure fact that nobody would tailgate me because i would chuck up anything i ran over, including squirrells (on 2 ocassions ) and nobody would cut me off or dare pull in front because my bumper could take down a small building and all id need to fix it is a 99 cent can of flat black from wally world.

ok, i was thinking of this earlier while i was driving, in the past 7 years i have become a more cautious driver, but i still get the urge to just lay some fuckin rubber at a stop sign.

im 23 and i normally drive like im 73, but every once in a while i just feel like taching my car out and powershifting (POWERSHIFTNOSJDMMMM!!!!) and tearing second like i did when i was 17.

my question is, do you ever stop wanting to drive the shit out of your car once in a while or do you just become old and boring?

agree fully. same age, same shit. sometimes its nice just to put around knowing you have the ability to rip the shit. And the mpg is nice too drivin like a 73 year old. sometimes though its good to rip it and clean out all that 'carbon'

I'll turn 40 in a week and a half.

I still haven't lost my urge to drive hard. I can't get enough track time to satisfy me, but it does help. I rarely go more than 10 over the limit anywhere, but I do like to get to the limit as quickly as possible sometimes. Slow traffic doesn't bother me, I just watch for the opportunity and then move through it with grace and precision.

I get people that want to run me a lot, usually some asshats that have heard me get on the throttle a little, or seen the fart can and think I'm an easy target for their new Elantra, Cavalier or v6 Mustang. And lately I've been getting blasted by women in SUVs doing 80 in a 60. If I see them coming up behind me (asshats or SUVs) I'll roll up to someone going the speed limit and just roll next to them and about ten feet back. Just enough to make it look like they could almost fit through.

i drive normally during the day. i dont speed off from speed lights or stop signs. i dont rev at grandma's and grandpa's.


but i do get on it from time to time. ill just be driving down a road here in town then i just slowly put it to the floor. it hits 3400RPMs and i feel it just pull me forward.

I was getting over 40mpg in the Fit when I drove like a granny... Now, I've learned how to make it move. Kinda.

i think i drive better now, than before, when i was 16-17 i had already 3points in my lisence and totalled one car, now i have 0 points and still have my cb

Well aside from my job supplying me with a car,insurance rates dropping. I want it to stay that way and there are more things to consider on record. And id like to keep my driving record clean so i drive like an old person.

I mean comon with 200 full coverage a month in NYC thats rare and its about to be even lower with my defensive drivers course everyyear. Which saves me more money ever since i switched from geico. That rapist ass lizard bastard.

Damn 200/mo in NYC full coverage is good. I just had my rates dropped from 155 to 130 a month for just liability.

I tend to drive fast. I just hate being stuck behind or inside clusters of slow moving traffic. I also tend to shift kinda high (1st- 4500, 2nd- 3500, 3rd ~3000). But other than that I think I drive OK.

this is the reason why i dont need a swap. i know once i get that H under my hood, ill be wanting to run everyone. mustangs, the vettes around here, the Firebirds, the 240's with SR20DET swaps, everyone. lmao. all because i have more power. lol.
