There are tons of people on this site who do stupid ass mods... myself included... if you have beef with Wayne that's all fine n dandy but to chase him around the boards to hate on him whenever you can is stupid as hell IMO. You look worse than he ever will

If you made the upgrade on your CB to the prelude VTEC front rotors and felt the difference those alone make, you would appreciate the Wilwood brakes more folks.

Maple's car is a civic. It doesn't weight alot, and its a budget build. So why buy Brembo or project mu brakes? The extra stopping power they provide over the Wilwoods won't be worth the extra money and probably won't be noticed enough to matter on the street. Those brakes will stop his car perfectly fine, if not better than what he needs.

I think the Wilwood system is a smarter choice for his application.

If people are going to bitch like "Oh lame, you got Wilwood instead of Brembo" then when you buy that nice AEM intake, I'm gonna tell you that you suck and should have gotten ITBs. Geez.

As for the Baller comment... Based off other posts I've seen, that's just how Maple talks. Are we going to point out everyone's terminology flaws now? Who cares.

its directed to everyone who was talking about him calling his Wilwood brake kit "baller". and no. i dont have a civic. dont want a civic. ill take an accord over a civic any day because not many people mods accords. as to civics, everyone and their grandma has that or a teg. and so far, theres nothing you can do with either that is original anymore. oneoffaccord is the only one i see doing something different with his civic. everyone else just follows suit of the other cattle.

not really. go on honda-tech and see how many threads you see of accords matched to civics and tegs. hardly any. MY car doesnt look like every other cb7 up here. i dont have red/clears. i dont have "JDM" rims. i dont have a $1k paint job(no offense to any of you guys who have these things. just making a point. lol). the color of my rims is a color no one else has. the rims i have are rims that TWO other people ive seen up here have. one of them doesnt even have his car and the other doesnt post.
