that's exactly how I feel about highly customized cars. The problem with this, and I've seen it before, is that someone will probly buy the car. At first, they'll be all about telling people they bought the car that way and didn't have to put much into it. After a while, they slowly start to convince themselves that they are the ones that built the car and start telling people they did all the work.Originally posted by crusto2k3 View Postlooks like it took a lot of work.
now, who would buy it. I could understand building it...but why buy someone elses work, obviously its not a DD, so what are you gonna do, show someone elses work???

For a show car, it's fantastic. For a daily driver, it's ridiculous.Originally posted by honda_kid View PostI like green!! that's a pretty bad ass color too. that's just a little overkill for me tho.
Very true. And the bad thing is that it's already a complete show car. It looks like EVERYTHING has been touched, and it all flows together nicely. So the only thing this car is really good for is winning shows... but whoever buys the car can't take credit for designing the car, or doing any of the work. Where's the pride in winning shows with a car you bought, rather than built?Originally posted by wherm View Postthat's exactly how I feel about highly customized cars. It would be stupid to purchase that car unless you low self esteem and need something to bring you recognition to boost your ego and self esteem. Other than that, whats the purpose of buying it? Anyways, i did it, the work seems great!1993 Accord LX - Sold
