Crazy Day Yesterday :p

so the begining of the day proved to be kind of bland when me and the unc went to the casino an hour south of us. and as he was losing money i got 30 bux on the slot machine and called it good.

reason i quit early cuz a week ago i was there without unc and lost almost 70 bux. so after a few hours there we went home cuz it was the same night as the superbowl and it was kinda dead there.

back on the way home it started to snow and crap so i hurried and got back so i could drive my car home and put in garage before it got too bad out.

later on my buddy came over to hang out and we went to walmart to pick up some geroceries he's been needing. so i tagged along. we were hammered with snow on the way there and it was blowin snow like a mofo.

anyways after we got our things he was calculating the amount in his head cuz hes runing low on funds and dont get paid till fri. anyways im in line after him and he pays and then i come up put my things on the counter to ring out. idk if the chick was high or drunk or whatever but it came out to be 7.86 cents i gave her 2 5's as she was putting the things in a bag. i turn around to get my receipt and glance at it real fast and start to walk out the door. as i was walking out to his car. i realized that she didnt take the money. WTF? and gave me 16 cents. ...

so i got free food from walmart and got paid 16 cents for my time.
yesterday was just my day LOL

has this happened to any of you? i'm sure it happens to ppl more than i think..

Last month I went to a grocery store to pick up a pie. I get to the door and found $10 bill on the floor.. no one was around either.

So Got my pie for free and change left over..

I went to a local place and asked for some ciggs. I had a 20 in my hand to pay and the guy handed me change even though i never gave him the 20. I wanted to say something but ive been ripped off by them before so i didnt. I got a free pack of ciggs and he gave me like 10 bucks.

yeah I actually was at the casino last night after the superbowl. I just went w/ 30 bucks, and was gonna call it a night if i lost oh well. Well they gave me like 10 bucks of play money and I lost that in about 10-15 min playing the .25 cent slots. I then was like, eh, I'll put a 20 in and see what happens. Well 15 bucks of that quickly disappeared but on the last 5 bucks, I hit 400 quarters! and then after that i coulda called it quits but kept at it for a bit longer. I ended up hitting 120 and 60 more and some little ones...So I walked out w/ free food from the Boars head deli (15 buck coupon) and 130 bucks profit.

Went to Target with wifey and sister-in-law. Obtained a few items that were needed in the house ($22 total) and Cashier was blabbering about a certain tea and if it really did what the name of the tea was.

Anyhoo, she goes on and on and on, and after payment was made and receipt given to me, to include the 3 bags of items, proceeded to exit.

Well, I knew only 2 bags were actually needed. Looked inside the 3rd bag and noticed 3 extra items and asked wifey, "What's with these items?" She answers "Not me. You like them?" Didn't answer and we all continued walking/exiting the building.

I remember once at a supermarket...I was buying something to get change for beer monies...they ended up giving me a few more twenties than they were supposed to.

I was supposed to get 2 20s, 1 5, and 4 1s. I ended up getting 6 20s, and a 5.

I always go to the same store for breakfast. One day, I got a hash brown and a sandwich, but the lady ended up scanning the hash brown twice instead of the sandwich. So I got a $3 sandwich for $1. Not a big deal, but hey... 2/3 off!

Back in the day when my local grocery store opened up, they had specials every week for different stuff... One thing they had was Chicken wings @ $0.19 each, and you would get how many you want... The cashier would have to ring them up as Quantity @ (chicken wing code) and then you get the total... Long story short, I would get 2-3 dozen wings for a grand total of $0.19 plus tax...
