lol yah pull ups are a hard exercise, some guys on my forum say they can do crazy numbers like above 35 or 50, thats crazy i think but useing ur own body for resistence is a good way to workout

I'm 6'6'', 230lbs. While I have an athletic build, my arms suck at moving my body weight. Pull ups, push ups, dips, rock climbing, I all suck at horribly.

yah thats what im saying, a personal trainer once told me "never pick up a dumbell, barbell, or get on any machine, untill you can do 15 pushups, 15 pullups, and 15 sit ups. it actully makes sense because until you are good with all that id say use your own body for resistence perhaps?

I'm 6'4", 225 lbs. My long lanky arms have no leverage!

I gotta start doing more excercises besides just my 12oz curls
