Does anyone know what this is?

In the rear window it looks almost like rear window blinds, I've never seen or heard of them before. Is that what they are??

man times have changed if that shit is "cool" now.

i remember being a little kid and my mom had a late 70's/early 80's mercury cougar/capri(not sure) hatchback. it had those louvers in the rear window. i dont remember thinking they were cool. all they did was add a lot of weight to the hatch.

I always thought those rear louvres looked cool as hell on those old cars!

I never saw the blinds before though. Pretty neat.

These are NOT the same thing. The ones in the OP are interior blinds. The ones LadyG posted are louvers.

The blinds look.....eh. Whatever. I prefer the VIP-style curtains. As for louvers...'85 Capri ftw.

While we're on the subject, I think these are rather fitting...

I think those are cool as hell, I was searching for anything related to that. I thought they were still called louvers even though they are inside the window though. Some guy fabricated his own out of aluminum, wish I could find the link again.
