A small update, and full injury list:

Microhemorrhages in the brain, fractured eye sockets, broken nose, broken jaw, fractured cheek bones, lacerations on the face and neck, cracked palate, broken sternum, broken ribs on both sides, collapsed lung, fracture of the T8 vertebra, laceration on the kidney, damaged adrenal gland, multiple compound fractures of the left femur, lacerations on the legs, and lots of bruising.

At this point in time, his brain pressure is perfect, and they've operated on his femur and spin (fused T6-T10 vertebrae to support healing of T8). They also insterted an Inferior Vena Cava filter to protect his lungs from blood clots, since they can't give him blood thinners due to the facial injuries. My grandparent's went in earlier to see him, and he was responding (squeezed their hands and opened his eyes). He seems to be doing well. They are going to wait him rest for a week, and then they will operate on his face all at once to get that fixed. Everything else pretty much has to heal on its own.

Things are definitely looking positive.

Hey Fomay is anything getting any better? I know his injuries are extensive but even a little bit of something is better than nothing. Just keep praying man. He sounds like a fighter so I hope he keeps at it. I just went through this with my girlfriend except for she wasn't in a car wreck. She's anemic, hurt murmor, pneumonia in both lungs, three kidney stones, high ass heart rate, VERY low oxygen count and she was five months pregnant. She pulled out of it though man. Pray for your dad to keep fighting. He'll pull out of it. You have everyone pulling for you, your dad, and the rest of your family. Stay strong man. Best wishes.
