I can't play fetch with my dog inside the house, and I sure as hell won't have litter boxes in my house . . .

I dunno... my friend's family had an outdoor dog, and that animal led a miserable existence. Pets are family to me.

I usually share my fries with my dogs but when i don't feel like sharing, i just nudge them with my foot. I don't hit them because just like Deeve said, they are family. I've only had one dog steal my food and he's dead not but even then i didn't get mad, i just got up and made another burger.

Btw people, I was sitting down. I couldn't have picked it up.

I believe it's a husky. My sister is old enough to not need training. Or at least she's outgrown physical training, except in special situations.

You just need to scold them verbally and then later reaffirm that simply because you got pissed at them and corrected them, you don't harbor a permanent negative sentiment toward them. I have 4 dogs. Each one of them has a distinct personality and I love them all more than most things in life. I have slapped them on the back end or popped them on the nose but that's very different than punching it in the face.
I don't harbor a negative sentiment towards anything or anyone. Everyone gets a new fresh chance everytime they see me. If a dog needs to be trained, I'll train it. See above and you'll notice it wasn't a brutal hit. It was simply to train it.

Think about it. Aside from the fact that attacking an animal for being an animal is wrong in multiple ways... imagine if you did real damage to the dog. If you injured the animal, expensive vet bills would be incurred. You would have to pay them. The vet would probably be able to tell what happened, even if nobody says anything about it. Just like child abuse, animal abuse is taken seriously by the law. The vet can, and probably will, call the police and report you for abusing the animal.
So now you're paying for vet bills AND defending yourself in court against animal abuse charges (which can come back to haunt you in life... Michael Vick is one of the most talented quarterbacks in football, and the Eagles got him dirt cheap because nobody wants an animal abuser on their team!)

Is that worth defending your glass of milk?
Excellent. I could say I got in a fight with Deev! Then I could see your secret hidden moves

I don't know if you still feel the same way after seeing what I typed above. It wasn't a crushing blow, and it was meant to train the dog.

One last thing. I've spoken on here about when my other dog bit me. The injuries he sustained required him to go to the vet. Nothing happened

So yeah I'd say that is a overreaction on your part. Should have just shoved the dog or yelled at it.
It wasn't an overreaction. I would've shoved it, but it would've made a mess.

If you ever hit an animal expect to be given it back two fold. I hope that dog castrates you.

Why would you hit an animal you dumbass.

Spilled milk? Shit that's why there's a fucking carton or a jug in the fridge.
          None. Paint probably tastes gross.

Why wouldn't I be able to think for myself? I did the logical next step and trained the dog.

          Financially, moving out is impossible.

It's not up to me to let the dogs in or not.

Or, as said... move out. Or your sister can move out.
I agree with you here. I rarely go in my back yard in the winter. Having a dog to keep outside wouldn't be any fun. Like I said, the point is to train her.

I can't smell. That's probably the only reason I can tolerate them.

I share my food with my dogs, even my sisters dog. It was just an all of a sudden thing, so I disciplined it. That's how you train them.

You grab it by the snout and you tell it no..not punch the dog. I swear you either one of two:

            1. Attention seeker

It sounds harsh but were you expecting some sort of sympathy card in your thread?

No, no I didn't. It;'s difficult to explain over the internet. Yes, it was technically a punch. It I had hit you with it, you would've assumed I was trying to get your attention, not hurt you.

I really only made this to see if the cops could do anything if they'd have shown up. From the responses nothing would've happened unless the dog was injured. Since there was no way it would've sustained any injuries from me, I should be in the clear. That was the only reason I made this thread.

My logic is that if no one trains the dogs, then eventually they'll screw up to the point that everyone else would've wished that they had trained them. Ie, if you don't train a dog not to bite, then one day she draws blood. You now have no choice but to kill it. But, it could've been avoided had you trained her properly.

I don't know. I can taste things, and I've tried fine cheeses and can taste the difference between them. Now, if I go to an area with a very potent smell, like an outhouse or a gas spill I can sometimes smell those.

I work at Autozone. I make about $400-450 every two weeks.
I drive 30 miles to and from school 3-4 times a week. Work is fairly close to school, so that's another 30 miles roughly 5 times a week. I suppose I do end up with some left over, but that's absorbed into food and rent.
