What is the material you were using to do that?

    Thanks!

    They are aluminum record claps...

You insert them into paper record jackets and then slip paperwork on to them and fold them over to keep paperwork inside the record jacket.

I was messing with one one day, and a co worker saw me(who is more artistic then I) and he made one....so I made a few more...and thats what we ended up with.

You should turn it into your art thread. Your work is really cool!

My art is my cars. I used to draw a lot, but haven't done it in years, so unfortunately I don't have anything to contribute to this thread.

Monkey skull I carved out of an avacado seed this weekend!

I have carved all kinds of skulls out of these things. Human, deer, monkey etc..

Odd I know, but I love the way the seed changes color and shape. It makes the outcome a little unpredictable. This is far from my best work with these things, but I usually just toss them after they've fully dried and changed color. I dont really keep these, its jut neat to get my oldest boy and carve some seeds. We eat avacado all the time, so he will carve one and I carve one and then we wait for it to dry to see what they look like.

Silly, I know. But I love it.

Is it liquid when you start? How do you stop the drip from going flat while it dries?

That's friggin cool man. How long does it take you to do this? If you don't mind Mr asking, what do you do for a profession?

Do you do work like this for anyone else?

It take about 40 hours to model a car with full interior... these are all game models by the way.

And I do this for a living at the moment.
