My date just got cancelled... both of us were willing to brave the storm, but nothing is open! We're not at the stage where it's proper to go to each other's house yet. Damn my gentlemanly ways!

I hope everyone stays safe and are okay! here in daytona beach, FL all we really got was strong winds and drizzling rain. Nothing was shut down though. Although after Sandy passed the tempature dropped from about 80 degrees daily to like 60 degrees and breezy lol feels kinds nice since usually this weather doesn't reach Florida till like a week before Christmas

Home watching dumb and dumber, nothing happening here. I took my STi to the dealer so it stays in their shop, they gave me a new legacy for now.

I took it in for service, Needs a new fog light haha, the passenger side one has a fish tank in it. I decided this was the best time for that.

Rear bumper. Some dumb woman rear-ended me a few weeks ago.
Insurance wants to give me a used or aftermarket bumper to replace it!

Hope all my eastern friends (including family), stay safe out there. I've been keeping an eye on the storm myself.

As for the 60+ mph winds. Psshh. Sissies. I live with that stuff every day in southern Alberta. I practically live in a wind tunnel.

Right now, the storm is still tame. Little more than a mildly windy rain storm. A few friends say they've lost power, though (Facebook via smartphones... )

You're telling me. This is what my driveway looks like when it snows, and then gets windy.





Thank my west facing driveway, and the way the snow and wind funnel in between my house and the neighbour's and all ends up on my side.

The snow can look like that on occasion here... but rarely. 2 years ago we got hit pretty hard with it.
