He is highly reguarded in the Honda world over here by some people, and he does get some good results, but to be honest his work is pretty average.
And yea that Civic isn't anything special, there is plenty of K24/K20 hybrids making similar power.

Guy up here named ricky his last b stroker b23v put down 275whp@ rlz and over 300whp@ BRMS, hes since tore it down and doing a bigger stroker. Anyway at 275whp@ rlz tune by howard ofcourse king in the carolinas for tuning, it went 6.9's in the 8th with a passenger thats getting it for a street N/A 4banger.
Hes shooting for 300whp at rlz this time, just a normal guy building his own shit. Heres an old video of him running brms 900whp hatch...
