other forums allow it...but it depends on their version on either VBB....the sites with more features usually are more expensive to run...signatures are cool!

yeah this thread is from WAY back, somtime within the first couple weeks that i joined... when steve first set up the software he never disabled HTML tags in signatures, so i was able to do some stuff with javascript and i had a rollover signature that changed when you put your mouse over it. he later disabled that feature. and then 3 years went by. lol.

its huge on my screen as well, but its actually within "regulations" - less than 400px tall...

if people really want avatars, we can make it so theres only a couple pictures people can have....to save on bandwidth.

like have an avatar for different levels of users. like a stock cb7 for new noobs, and make the next cb7 a little better, and keep doing that as their level progresses. and have like stickyjoes cb7 as the highest level. I dunno, just a though

thatd save disk space, not bandwidth. and disk space isnt an issue with avatars, its the bandwidth.
