1992 ex with leather?? rare??

i was lookin through 92,93 accords on ebay and then i saw this, the interior was leather..was there a option for leather for ex??

i thought it was only SE that only got leather....

I didnt think EX came with optional leather. It was only in the SE so dunno.

i've seen a 92 coupe with maroon leather so thats pretty uncomon, that car is hotness! leather was an option i'm guessing from factory.
i see the door panels are cloth soo that was not stock, it was added.

They werent originally there...he has cloth door panels...

looks like a leather swap was done since the door panels aren't leather. and the front seats look like there not oem leather.

well i have seen a 91 coupe ex with leather seats so i think it was just an option

since there was no SE in 90 or 92, Id assume it was at least an option on the EX in those years. I think the SE was the only trim to have leather Standard.

Yeah I think it was a factory option. Because I too have oem leather in my 93 ex.

ive seen an LX with leather. its a dealer option but it looks like that was added or reupholstered at some point.

those are oem seats but they didnt come on the car

He doesn't mention the front-right tire being flat either. I wonder on how well the engine replacement work was done and the tranny issue...bleh, why didn't he fix that when the engine was swapped in...if he knew that is. Or perhaps that's why the tranny don't go in reverse....prolly shifter cable related.

he does state in his ad: "You are looking at an extremely clean 92 Honda Accord EX 4 door. This car has been kept in great condition with an upgraded leather interior too clean for pictures, a MUST SEE in person."

a dealer option would've had the door panels wrapped in leather as well.

yes they did, they had black leather and tan leather on 91 se's...

i was gonna buy a 91 se, very nice with tan leather for only 1500.. too bad i was late for it..
