I've noticed lately that I've been bitten by the modding lazy bug. Normally when I get new parts I install it within the same week or earliest weekend but for the past weeks i've been lazy to mod the ride. I've had my JDM intersection light in my back seat for the past 3-4 weeks, I've had my black leather armrest in the back as well for the past 2 weeks and also had some Jdm sidemarkers in Jarhead's garage for about 1.5 - 2 weeks now but I've been busy but even when I get time I just feel lazy to install them Anyone else ever get this lazy feeling about modding?

I have had my H23 IM for probably 4 months just sitting in my bedroom closet. I cleaned it and shined it all up just havent got around to installing it..
Also have my JDM sidemarkers sitting around for 2 months. That is mostly because I am not real sure what direction I want to go with the CB. I love the look of the sidemarkers just dont want to mess up a fender... Later

I have cam gears sitting in my basement that I got in 2004. A lip that I got for Christmas, 2006. Wheels that have needed tires for 2 years. Slicks that have yet to be mounted. A traction bar waiting to be installed. Filled motor mounts just sitting there... looking at me.
Yeah, the lazy bug bit me, burrowed deep, and started a family.

I've had an un-assembled fully built motor sitting in my dining room for about 5 months, and I just recently re-found (I've lost and found this part many times) my AEM FPR that I bought while in high school back in 01, it's still brand new, never been used. I just might have to install it when the new motor goes in (Which I've been to lazy to assemble).
I think it's nice to have a break from the car every now and again, especially as you get further into it, all the parts just keep getting more expensive and complex to install. My car has been out of comission since early Nov, almost $3.5k has been spent and yet nothing on my car has changed.
One of these weekends I'll just have to do everything and call it a day.

i got a powdercoated valve cover from Jarhead like a year ago thats still in the box
and it took me 6 monthes to put on struts i bought from Cokinut
the crossovers for my rear components have just been laying around in the back of my trunk for over a year. still need to mount those suckers and clean up the wiring.
got the bottom of the drivers side door panel wrapped in leather. other three are not.
every time i do bodywork on my car i get the urge to paint it, and even tape it all off and do the prep, but then end up spraying flat black. but thats more an issue of indecision on my part
Gemini, you need to get off your ass, i didnt nominate you for AOTM for you to do this now lol. get going!
