Crime rate has been rising in florida, Memphis and Nashville TN, Dallas and Fort Worth Texas ever since hurican Katrina. Anyone who knows Louisianna knows it is also one of the crime capitals of the world (no offense to anyone from that area its just a known fact) once the hurican destroyed everything and people moved all over they crime rates have risin in those areas. Memphis had over 90 homicides in 2 months last year the drug ring in florida has grown as well and it just sucks
