It is kinda sleeperish...the DX look and you can still enjoy power windows and a sunroof... oh yeah and heater knobs...
although nowadays it just seems to be trendy and due to the DX guys' BBB hype...
and when you buy a replacement bumper you can save yourself $200+ by not painting it... so it's uh... cost efficient? for the how can I make my car run 13's with $500 crowd...

uh i went to the junk yard and got the bumper, and it was off a dx i do believe. It is for a 90-91 and my car is a 92 but it looks better than the green bumper on my car 
oh on the side note, we are putting the green bumper on my car, and painting my whole car anyhow
