I've also enjoyed most of the NFS series games.
Even though they aren't as realistic as more advanced driving simulators, they are fun to play (single and multi player).
Looks like they are stepping it up with this new one, especially in terms of the realism and car physics. I hope it still retains the feel of the old school NFS games.Comment

Actually the first game in the series...the original Road and Track's Need for Speed was a full on simulator.
It wasn't until the 2nd one that they got a little cartoonish.Comment

I got NFS SE for PC but only works on win 98 =( I loved that damn game especially because of the in car views and the nsx was in there!!!! The didnt start gettin kinda animated until 3rd and up? NFS2 started the hot pursuit series as I recall. Then there was also porsche unleashed (also one of my favs but lost the disk).

There great on mine, as long as you have a nice pc you can play any game with better graphics than a console, Nvidia Geforce 8800GTS
The only problem with CARBON on the pc is it crashes and ea hasnt fixed it yet.Im like 58 % and I cant get farther because every time I race the boss and all the videos go IT crashes.
