I'm down to meet up with my UGS brothers if that's what EVERYONE wants or else I'm going to ghost out the next couple months you feel me?! Mike seriously, where the hell did you get that idea. Just take the carpet out and leave it out. If you bleach it it would be inconsistent color. Check out TAS auto for replacement carpet.

2 reasons NOT to do it....................

Color may not come out consistent
Bleach will break the carpet down

If you really want to try it at least get a spare carpet piece and try it out first. Best bet would be to just get new carpet though.

I have creatity, it's just bleaching wouldn't work well. You could try duplicolors vinal/fibric paint. You'll just loose some of the "carpet feel".

Dude if cleaning and brightening the carpet is all you need to do ...just shampoo it!
