I had a shop do the work that time. Clutch, Clutch master cylinder, throw out bearing, slave cylinder was all replaced. There's no way it can be your throwout bearing, you replaced it not too long ago. Mine is JUST starting to go bad and I've had it since I did my first F22B swap.
