    yeah when i bought the kit it was supposed to come with a type s bov but the dum fuck scamer never sent one... oh and im planning on running a custom 2.5 or 3 inch down pippe havent decided yet...

      Atleast something came in the end. My friend got scammed out of like 500 bucks for a header when he was still N/A, but after that happened he wanted to go turbo and got scammed out of another like 5-600 hundred on his turbo manifold and downpipe.

      Someone told me the type s was discontinued because they were known for leaking, but I never found out of that was true, and the rs is suppose to be a great improvement over it.

            I think wilson is going to the other pre meet which is out of the way for me. I gotta wait for my friend to come from corona to pick up some tsx projectors and other stuff for his car. I'll probably leave around 1-1:30 tomorrow so I'll give you a call.

                Yo David did you just buy this car? if so i think you got fucked.


                The smog tech failed you on CEL but you said the lights not on?, turn your key to "on" where all the lights come on and see if the CEL comes on then goes off, if not either your bulb is burned out or the guy who sold it to you took the bulb out, cuz your car should be spittin' mad codes right now.


                Your NOX (PPM)'s are high because you timming is advanced, i belive your supposed to be around 15-BTDC

                Most likely your gonna need an O2, also if your EGR is good another problem that Hondas have is the EGR ports on the Intake mani get plugged with carbon and causes your CO's and HC's to go up, it's more labor cuz you gotta take the mani off to clean the ports.

                        well whats new with my car is that im gonna be needing a new clutch cause this one koo for daily driving but i cant punch it cause its slips a bit so any recommendations on clutches?? im gonna be using a OEM bearing so dont trip about that

                        i found these 2 on ebay

                        1. XTD clutch kit
                        2. F1 racing clutch kit
                        what do you guys think???

                        i know ACT is a good one but i dont want to spend so much on it you know but well see

                            david, they are the same thing, different companies, but same material and everything, f1 clutch is located in el monte off the 60 freeway, xtd is a little bit past downtown l.a. so you can pick both of them up, anyway, i bought my exedy stage 1 from f1 clutch, i got the kit for 80 bucks, call them up and see what kind of deal you can get

                              i would get a xtd clutch.. Friends customer installed a ACT clutch and flywheel, the thing fell apart after 500 miles.. ACT clutches!!

                              I would personally get a ACTION CLUTCH.. Best clutch i've had thus far.. It grips like a motha fucka..

                                i like the way my act unsprung clutch made my teeth chatter every time i try to take off. weird after 500 miles my brother boosted 2001 lude clutch went bad too when we sold it to his friend, but then again his friend crashes all his cars he buy, mine been in my car over 5 years doesnt chatter no more, makes me feel liek im driving a stock civic
