stock header: one of the 3 double sided studs came out because one of the bolts seized. the other stud of the 3 got completely stripped because the bolt was seized on that too.

RSR: one of the studs ended up getting stripped pretty bad. ended up putting it backin but having it welded to the header so it doesnt move anymore. the other side of the stud was a bolt that seized and upon taking that out it messed up the threads of that stud. tomorrow i gotta find a place who can re-thread the stud. it still looks like it can be fixed.

Another problem: now that i have all the components, the secondary o2 sensor isnt clearing the heat shield. i cut the heat shield and theres still isnt enough room. fuck this is a pain in the ass.

hopefully tomorrow everything will be fixed. i just want to drive my car again.

header nightmare. well everything today came together just fine like i wanted it to be.

i re-threaded the semi jacked stud on the header and putting all the nuts and bolts back together.

i bought a tap and die kit to re-thread the jacked stud which worked perfectly. I also re-tapped the other header i got that had holes that were salvageable. now i gotta buy 2 more studs on for that header so i can put it on when its time for smog.

everything would of been done yesterday if i didnt have the stud and bolt problem with the header.
