Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

        Update!

        well got my shocks today. got'em installed but now, i was so used to the dead shocks, the car looks lifted! lol maybe they just need to settle

          Silver wheels look kinda coo, more pics of them plz, nice to c everything went smoke, how many inches are them springs suppose 2 drop the cb to.

            i just changed out the shocks, the lowering springs were on the car, i just painted them to match. as far as the ride goes, its 10 times better than the blown out monroe shocks that were on them. compared to the stock struts, side-by-side, they're practically the same length(unlike the diagram on the skunk2 web page). the shocks seem pretty stiff, but not a real hard ride. acceleration is real nice tho the car stays real flat, no rocking in between shifts so thats a plus!
            but now i think im going to invest in the skunk2 coilovers so i can get the height back down. i would buy the springs but i doubt it would be any lower than the springs i have now(maybe .25" lower)

                              Update!

                              picked up a legend lip today at the jy today, also got a p12 ecu and the tails i needed for the trunk.

                              bad news is, i found how messed up the trunk really was when i test fitted the lights so right now its pretty much useless.

                              p12 is nice no more bog when taking off or shifting into 2nd. much better low end

                                not sure if your talking about the cf trunk but from you one pic it looks fine. What is wrong with the trunk?

                                the cb is looking to get on the right track but do you have any plans to paint it?
