That lip is $5 garden edging I got at Walmart and used a razor and zipties to make it work. Saw it in the DIY and decided to give it a try, looks pretty legit if you ask me.

I just found this beauty on CL and am presently trying to decide if taking out a $3k loan to buy it is wise for my situation. Asking 1900, but I could use the extra money for either a RyWire harness or wheels. I just started saving up to get a 9293 EX manual coupe and figured I'd have the money, plus some to play with, around early August, but this listing might be too much of a godsend to let slip by. Time permitting, it'd be dropped and swapped within a month

ED. 6.17 - Knew it looked too good to be true. I recognized the apartments in the photos from a friend's former place so I went by after work tonight. While otherwise in great condition (just some clear coat fade on the roof), there's a huge dent in the rear quarter panel. I guess you can kind of see it in the shot I posted; I figured it was a wierd reflection. It would have been ages before I got around to putting up the money to properly fix it. I had a feeling something was fishy with the lack of rear-end shots. Still, the hunt continues...

My just purchased 1991 EX. Really happy with the purchase/price. At $800 With Mint interior and Exterior, and in running condition. I couldn't ask for more. Tune-up and it was off.. Completely Stock... 250k Miles 2nd Clutch F22A4

Some quick photos of my '91 Accord LX Coupe. I bought it for $1000 last fall. Engine is stock F22A1, but the previous owner removed the cat (somehow I'm not getting a CEL... can anyone explain this?), and transmission is stock 5 speed. Since then, I've done a lot of fixing and cleaning; fixed the automatic seat belts, fixed the stereo, fixed the horn and cruise control, fixed the cool/heat knob, fixed the cooling fans, fixed the idle issue (cleaned TB and IACV, adjusted TPS and stop screw), put new Koni STR.Ts struts up front, slapped on four new tires, replaced a seized brake caliper, replaced the headlight mounts, replaced the grill and front steel cross member. Oh, and I also rebuilt the transmission; 5th gear needle bearing blew up a week after I bought it, which seems to happen if you drive without transmission oil... I'm working on doing the basic F22A1 upgrades at the moment (swap intake/exhaust/cam/ECU).
