Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    How I was bamboozled.

    I was on craigslist thinking that I would find a cb7. I always find them but there mostly auto's since im looking for a 5spd. So I find a 93' EX Sedan for 1500 since thats my price range. My dad goes and looks at it and says he's gonna buy it. Being excited thinking about the stuff i could do to. I was gonna buy a G-square. we were going to buy it the next day, the guy had to work until 4 and we waited. my dad calls and he says some girl wants to buy for 1700, we patiently waited for he decision. of course she bought it. ive been looking for 3 weeks for a cb.

                  I had the same thing happen to me. before I got my cb I was looking for mk3's and came across a sick ass one and I went to look at it and the best part was that it was turbo. the only thing wrong was that it need new trunk hinges(forgot what they were) and two new tires. the car had exhaust and k&n filter and the interior was immaculate. It was the only car I can get that was automatic (I can drive stick, don't worry, it had to be auto to accommodate my mom ).
                  the guy told me that he would sell it to us for a price of $1900 it was originally $2200, and that he would tell others that it has been sold, but him being a little douche called me and told me that another guy was offering him 2000. I was going to pick it up the next day. well I told him that I would match the price and then told me alright it is ok, then he told me that the other guy was offering 2300 and from there I told him to fuckin sell the car and to grow some freaking balls and some more stuff. it saddened me to not buy that supra it was so sick, part of my heart broke. I was sad for days literately. It made me realize that no one can be trusted.

                  but I got the next best DD my CB7.
