I once dated a woman like this when I was very much into RX7's many years ago. It was great, it was intense. I had a 79 Targa with a 13B swap, she had a green 84&1/2 with a 13B. She pulled up next to me at a light. I asked her if that was her mans car she replied "No, all mine." . So I said so he maintains it for you, she replied "No, I have no man, so I do all my own work.". At this point I was in love. So I ask her for her number, her reply "You can have it if you can keep up!!!". I was all in at that point. I knew what I had under the hood, and she was obviously confident with what was under hers. I gave chase from the Bruckner and White Plains road in the Bronx all the way to avenue B on the lower east side of Manhattan. I got the number, I got the girl, we dated for 3 years. Ultimately in the end the 1 thing that broke us up was my petty, youthful, jealous insecurity. I wish I could do it all over again.

That is the key, it's best to have one that tolerates your hobby. You don't need them to be hands on in every part of your life.....
