ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

    This model in USA???

hi, i live in france and my first car is a cb7. This car is very rare in europe but in fact the only model i've seen with this 4ws... is mine! the engine is f22a3 and it's a manual gearbox. i just wanted to know if this type exists in USA? in france there are many prelude 4ws but no accord. the video is poor but u can see the wheels turning

it's a bit too soft to me. but i plan to work upon it with strut and sway bars plus a good suspension kit but parts are very hard to find in france.... in fact the car turns "upon itself" so it's often very weird for the passengers. when you drive fast on highway it seems to move sideways! i've tested the grip on little roads in the alps and it's awesome even oem... seems to slide but doesn't ! i have to precise i already drove the same model in 2ws and i really felt the difference

            ooooo...now I'm curious too!

the pic won't load for me...be awesome to have an underbelly shot of the car

I've heard good and bad about 4ws but mostly due to how it was done. For instance, I've heard that on the newer skylines the system was built pretty well and responded well...but some folks didn't like the older design...I guess it just didn't work well or something.

I'd like to hear more pro/con from some folks who have driven different 4ws...but good luck there

thats pretty cool stuff, although I hear its only advantageous at parking lot speeds, at higher speeds the rear steering throws off the dynamics of the car.

I believe that you'll have to some significant modification to the transmission tunnel, if I'm not mistaken...it's not just swapping the rear end.

I've seen pictures of the back seats of the 4ws model, and I believe there's a much more significant hump in the middle of the rear seats.

yes there is a tunnel like 4wd cars, rear suspension is not the same and i did not manage to find shocks that fits. nobody but honda does it! ill try to take a pic soon so as u can see how it's made.

works very well at high speed too. in fact it gives you a little impulsion to get the car in the curve. if you make more than two or three turns with ur steering wheel, the wheels turn at the inverse than the front but if you turn less, it turns like the front wheels (at high speed)... sorry for my english...
