Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

cb9 rear 5 lug conversion question

    Yes, the '94-'97 Accord rear knuckles are what you need. If you get the knuckles from a '94-'97 EX coupe/sedan, then you can install 5-lug drums onto them, yet still have provisions for mounting a caliper later on.

    There was some experimentation done by a member with 3.2CL and Odyssey hubs. I can't remember if either venture was successful, or if it's even applicable to you if you're staying drum in the rear. Just thought I'd throw that out there in case you were the experimental type.

      Oh I did not know that 94-97 knuckles would swap over to CB9 rear suspension! Now I know what to do with what's left of my gf's 99 CL.

        My EX wagon does have rear disc, I removed the knuckle and swapped it for a 92 93 sedan coupe rear disc knuckle to fit my prelude 5 lug hub/bearing. I spaced out the lower arms with washers to sit at the same length as the old cb9 rear knuckles.

          Cb9 rear 5 lug swap 92-93

          I have rear disc on mines want to go 5 lug have read that 92-93 coupe sedan rear works n all I have to add is a washer for the difference of offset n a prelude hub
