Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

          I think he's trying to find the easy way to get that VTEC magic.


          Why would you want an H22 ECU in your car?


          Also, read a little on here about the F22B1, which is the Accord VTEC motor from the 5th generation (94-97). It is a TERRIBLE motor, with a horrible head design. it makes 5hp more than the F22A6 (CB7 motor). You will see many reasons why. I have posted about this motor about 10 times in the past week alone. I'm getting tired of doing so.

            Run it stock...Or get a chipped p06. Running a VTEC ECU wont give you vtec as mentioned. Your running a DUAL CAM MOTOR vs a SINGLE CAM. You do the math. Yes some ECU will run either one. But they dont run to there full potential. Different fuel curves blah blah blah. 5th gen accord vtec is weak as hell unless its turbo but that changes the ballgame completely. My farts are stronger than when vtec engages on those cars.

              well im runing f22 and h22 tranny i kno not much what else can i do for performane i dont money for h22 engine

              and they are very hard to find in boston

                  There are other motors that will net you some power for less than the cost of an h22.
                  Off the top of my head i know there's the jdm f22b for 850 from jdmenginedepot.com and there's also the h23 which you'd have to do some searching for but can be had for relatively cheap.
