So I took my clock out today to see what was behind it and i really couldn't tell other than the plastic behind there. What I want to do is remove the dash clock (since i never ever use it) and install some gauges in there. I have a single DIN 3 gauge holder similar to THIS and I want to cut out the slot for the clock and make it bigger and deeper. So my question is, is this possible? I have pics to put up so you can see what I'm thinking about but I can't find the "Manage Attachments" button as described in the FAQ, either way I think you get the just of my question? Thanks in advance.

Ok I think that i can go deep enough with out cutting further back but it looks like you cut on the sides to widen the clock for your vafc. Is there anything that I should be concerned about on the sides before cutting?Originally posted by excalibur02 View PostYou can go deeper but you should remove the dash its really tight to do anything since the windshield is there.
I removed the clock in my first cb and put a vafc. Looked awesome back in 2005 lol!
