    Fog light installation question

My question is, I have the 93 LX (black bumpers of course), can I do a cut out right underneth the turn signal or do I have to get another 92-93 with cut outs??

If I can use my actual bumper, is it hard to do the cut outs?

To your knowledge, was your bumper ever replaced? If not, flip it over. The cut-outs should be there. They're on every OEM bumper. The outlines are a series of faint dots, in two rows, like so,

    : : : : : :

When you cut into your bumper, keep inside the inner-most outline. Then, test-mount the fogs/brackets and make alterations in your cuts as necessary.

to my knowledge I don't think it was ever replace, and if i remove the bumper there should be the two rows if dots as if they were on the outside?

        Correct.

The dotted outline is very faint. It might help to rub some chalk around the area to see them a little better.

Perfect thank you for the advice Joshy, and just one more thing, is it difficult to take wiring out of one cb and putting into mine?

No, it's all very simple. The hardest part is pulling enough slack out of the harness to connect into your fuse box. Take your time, and don't stress it.

The only piece you'll have to pull the bezel. There's a few relays that mount under the dash, but are otherwise easily accessible. You'll have to unbolt the fusebox in the engine bay unless you're going with a non-OEM harness.

Sounds easy enough, and yes i'll be using the OEM harness, and for the fusebox under the hood, im I switching them? The fogs are coming off of a 92 EX-R and being put onto my 93 LX

The OEM fog wiring clips into the underside of the in-bay fuse box.

You don't have to remove the dash bezel. That's an unnecessary step. It makes it easier to run the switch's wiring, yes. What I've done in the past is pull a string through the dash bezel, where the switch goes, to the driver's side footwell. Tie or tape the string to the switch plug, and pull it up into position.

I was going to do that, probably the easiest way anyway lol
