another cover i had been inquired to do is finally finished, i hope he likes it.
it's really hard to see the deep flat black, as you can see i have all the lights on and the flash.

im going to be working on a hello kitty design for my h22 valve cover. I want to do a large kitty face on the left side slightly angle and have some other "accessories" off to the right (flower, heart etc) still working on ideas.
what do most of you guys use to "draw" detailed things? airbrush?
edit i think it just hit me... 1st lay down color for the kitty, then have a decal made put the decal on where i want it then paint the base color wait to dry and remove the decal follow that up with airbrush for effect and clearLast edited by Accord_exR; 01-17-2012, 03:12 PM.

I just went through and fixed every photo of mine that wasn't working 1 at a time, hopefully this time they don't get lost again.
I felt you all deserved it, as this has had over 52,000 views. After researching I can't find another thread with more views.

My own doing, didn't turn out so hot. You can see where I went too far shaving the letters in a couple spots.
I'm wanting it redone before the end of the year if you're still taking custom orders, Keele?
I'm getting a spare Type-S cover, so with my 'custom' job, whether I end up doing it myself or not, will have a deleted cam gear cover and otherwise be as shaved as possible. Still matte black, I love the look.Last edited by CyborgGT; 10-28-2012, 04:42 AM.Comment
