Harness Bar and Seat Rail question.

I just picked up some Evo 8 Recaro seats for my 91 coupe. They came with the sliders from the Evo. What have people been doing as far as seatbelts in the 90-91 cars (Due to the connected seat belts to the seats). Getting harnesses? What kind of harness bar? Where are you guys buying your rails from? I just want to get these seats in the car asap! ANY help would greatly be appreciated!!!!

as for the seatbelt issue, people usually convert to manual seat belts. As for the harness bar, I'm not sure if anyone makes a harness bar for the cb7 that attaches to the B pillar(the middle pillar) you would probably need to do a test fit or make your own :P.

As for rails, look on ebay and i'm sure you can find some rails for the cb7.

    edit:

    just found this

    It's a roll bar w/ a harness bar.

      Nice Thanks!

I might just have to do the manual seat belt conversion... It would save me money and it would also kind be a pita to use harness on a Daily Driver.

there's a diy for the manual belt conversion, it's pretty simple.

So where can I get 90-93 accord brackets??? I don't need the sliders seeing they came with it. Somebody with aftermarket seats has to know something!

The autobelt is bolted to the stock rails with 3 bolts...I don't see how you couldn't fab up something to mount the autobelt to the Evo seats.

Any aftermarket slider will not have a place to mount the autobelt.

I adapted my stock seat rails to a set of 92-96 Prelude seats...it might be worth a look to see how the Evo seats are held together and see if you could DIY something along the same lines.

I plan on doing a manual seat belt swap. As for a bracket I need to be able to remove the stock brackets and replace them like in this thread but with something for my accord.
