That's uncle_el's car. G-square grill, 96-97 GReddy GRacer lip (similar to mine), with an OEM bumper that has the center part drooping for unknown reasons.

Lip doesn't match, but it was the only one I've ever seen. Looked JUST like a G-square up close.
