Please DO NOT Post In The General Section

From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.

The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.

For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.

Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

Again if you have any questions, PM me or one of the other mods.

Everything looks great except for the steel wool in the CAtchcan...

      GET IT OUT

!!! that's what baffling is for, and if you are going to drain that to your pan... well, hopefully you get the idea... Also a note. The baffling on the H VC is on the REAR... Should have put the PCV vents on the rear to utilize the factory baffles.... B series are on the front, thats why they do it o n the front like you have it. Its not a huge deal, but will make a difference.

I LOVE TO SEE GUYS USING THE H rods and EVO pistons LOVE LOVE LOVE it :OP

go with a 3" inch exhaust for one its a h22 second its turboed. The car will get better performance it's been proven in research.

i would get rid of that turbo manifold if i were you.

what HG did you use? you might have oil leaks unless you used hondabond around the ports where the oil drains from the head to the block.

I grinded down some hex head bolts and literally slammed them down into the two unnessary head drain ports....the gasket I used fit perfect with the ports and also helped cover the un-needed drain ports

trust me the oil drains dont line up right on the block....
just because the gasket covers the holes you plugged doesnt mean it will seal. a MLS gasket can only seal properly on the raised areas around ports, and a h22 gasket doesnt line up right on a f block.

are you running balance shaft? I know that it cost more, but you should consider deleting them. That manifold looks like a xspower part. I would recommend bracing it at the very least.

I am currently getting ready to put the engine into the car...I was working on getting the intercooler and radiator fabricated

i will weld a piece of metal to the bottom on the manifold for safeguard

I understand the oil line don't line up...I saw that for myself...the first gasket i used..was useless because I had to do to much cutting and the one above...worked a little better with the f
