Please DO NOT Post In The General Section

From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.

The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.

For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.

Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

Again if you have any questions, PM me or one of the other mods.

As for them leaking after you honed them. My guess would be that you took them out a bit too far. I've never had a set leak yet... (knocks on wood!)

                jesus get butt-hurt.

i sided w/ drummersteve cuz i did EXACTLY what you are saying to do, AND THEY LEAKED!
thennnnn i did it w/o modifying anything, and go figure, no leaks. THAT's why i'm recommending not doing anything to them AT FIRST (since no one has had a problem with them leaking this method), then if god-forbid something were to happen (idk what) he can try dremelling.

but since people have had success with both methods, there is NO right or wrong answer, so we can bicker about this til the cows come home

If they are low impedance you keep your stock resistor box. If they are high impedance you remove the resistor box and wire them with 12v direct.

lol at this thread...... So basically blue or black dsm injectors are fine for under 10psi sub 300hp h22a... The black is safer because the spray pattern more closely matches the oem Honda pattern... Is that confirmed..?

If I go with precision 1000cc injectors over the dsm will I have issues with tuning over the dsm .....

not if your tuner is doing what he should be doing.

it is all based on air fuel ratios and timing.

so if he does his job, the tuning portion limits the flow of your injectors.
your injectors will be a little big for a stock block, but you will have reliable flow and be ready for more boost in the future.

AS we all know, once you start you cant stop.

With this calculator I am seeing that 450cc are pretty much maxed out ( almost 80% ) at 250hp... Is it a safe practice to up the fuel pressure to compensate..?
