Please DO NOT Post In The General Section

From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.

The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.

For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.

Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

Again if you have any questions, PM me or one of the other mods.

i thought u said that 3.84 is what i would get hooking it up like i got it, not sure what to do, cause i added fuel to a different chip last night, kinda through the whole range and got it way to rich, just trying different things right now to learn, trial and error, anyway i was reading a 8.9 afr at idle but somehow wot went to 18, way lean. The thing is that after i put that chip in that was running rich at idle, crome showed the 02 voltage at .15 and cannot figure out how it dropped like that.

So are u saying the way i have it wired up, the brown anolog 2 wire going to d14, i should be seeing 5 volts or not, sorry just trying to understand and figure it out. when i get back home im going to check and make sure ive got it on d14 but pretty sure i do or it wouldnt be reading anything. but i should be getting 5 volts the way i have it? thanks for your help and your patients..... Josh

The highest voltage that you will see through D14 is 3.84v. the LC-1 will still send out up to 5v you just won't see it.

I have the Innovate LC-1 hooked up on my turbo accord, I ordered mine with the XD-16 optional display gauge when I bought it. Well worth the $ It connects to the LC-1 via the serial cables so it is very easy to use. The gauge itself I believe also has its own datalogging to your laptop, I have only used it a few times for that purpose though. Also a neat touch, each individual LED gauge sweep segment is infinitly adjustable for color - So once you have your AFR's down you can adjust the colors to your own preference for what you feel is safe. For instance on my gauge if have a "normal" AFR set to green, rich is blue, red is lean, and I have some mix colors in between.

The gauge is made of a very good quality in my opinion, I have never had any issues with it, and Ive been using it daily for about 2 years.

I cant remember if the XD-16 gauge is actually manufactured by Innovate Motorsports or not, I suppose a quick Google search would back that up.

That would be your best gauge in my opinion to pair with the LC-1

Edit: Also Innovate sells a line of gauges called their "DB" line, basically an LED display gauge, standard blackout when off. Looks nice, just not as many bells and whistles as the XD-16 has. They also have a G2-G5 gauges available - basically an analog needle version, although it is technically still a digital gauge since the needle is driven by a precision stepper motor.

Edit (again, geeze lol) Apparantly the XD-16 had been discontinued, to be replaced by the MTX-L line. It looks very similar to the XD-16 though, except I dont see the small push button and the light sensor thats on the XD-16 face.
