    Suspension Problems

Hello my 1990 HONDA ACCORD LX takes bumps hard in the front especially what could cause this exactly? The front suspension seems stiff but could that be the problem or what is most likely the problem? Also I have another problem when-ever I turn the steering wheel left I get one single pop gets worse in the rain too only when I turn the steering wheel left! I don't believe it's a axle problem ether although it's still a possibility because I know symptoms of a bad axle as I had to replace the right one. Anyone who can help please do thank you in advanced. Tires are set at 32 PSI all around newer tires too a alignment was done a few months ago too camber on rear left tire was a little negative but told it wouldn't affect tire wear or any problems.

sounds like ball joints, do the wiggle test.

Hmm I have done the wiggle test no play but what are symptoms of bad ball joints? And what points of the tire do I move specifically for ball joints?

torn boots are a good sign that they're bad.

hold the wheel at 12 and 6 o'clock and shake, if there is any play, replace the balljoints. You've got one on your upper control arm and the lower control arm.

you could also hold the wheel at 3 and 9 o'clock and shake to see if the joint in your tierods are bad as well.

There is also a chance it could be a worn bushing or a loose bolt that was not torqued right on the suspension install.. but those are less typical issues.

Really all I can do is guess from here, why not put it on some jack stands and try and replicate the noise. Start inspecting the parts that move. Take things apart ect. I have no background on your specific suspension, is it factory?
