    as phatdoughnut said maybe you have a bad ground. where did you ground the switch?

      to the thermostat..... but i do see that those two wires that come out of the switch were spliced before... maybe what used to be the ground wire now runs to the ecu and what vise versa... ok so there's a blue wire and a yellow wire coming out the switch, right... so which one should be the ground?

          thanks mang!! well, yeah the light blue one is being used for the ground... gonna go reverse that, hopefully this fixes my problem... i haven't vtec in forever... and you know that shit is addictive... been kinda feenin' for it

                Have you swapped out the pressure switch itself to see if thats the problem?

                    Ahh i see. Oh well that might solve your problem sounds like all the wiring and everything has been covered. Looks like only switch itself now. Hope thats the problem though. Anyone know the spec for the oil pressure switch?

                      what u should do now is use a volt/ohm meter to see if the vtec solinoid is getting power

                        try putting the ground somewhere else just for kicks. Make sure the blue wire is going into the ecu in the right location.

                                Doublecheck the vtec wire/pin. Mine was just loose when I had this problem right after the swap.
