It is mainly because the IM is not filling the space between the head and firewall. If you pull the mani off of an F/H series, it looks similarly small.

On a K series, the header would be in the back (close to the firewall). The intake will be in front. There's STILL tons of space in there!!

so they tilited/or added runners? or thats just the front of the im.
now it looks like it will hit the hood.
or has itb's hahaha

itll fit the intake curves down if anything hit itll be the valve cover

no crx with a K has cleared the hood.

yeah, because they used the hansport's alternator relcoation kit with a smaller pully or they have to cut a hole in the hood.

Ummm yes, I understand that. But with an F or H series which makes the bay look "full" does so because that big empty space is where the IM would be. Now that the IM is not there, it makes the engine APPEAR to be much smaller. It is smaller overall, but not that much smaller. Coincidentally, now the forward part of the bay will look fuller.
