pulling my hair out im bald

ok for the past 2 days ive been trying to get my car running, because for some odd reason it all of the sudden decides to not start, so i check the usual things, like spark, fuel and so on right now im getting a code 1 and code 6, what exactly could the code one be for, i know its oxygen content, and the code 6 is coolant temp sensor, ok so im using the throttle rotor from my stock f20b TB on my s2000 throttle body, and before it was too loose, so i decided to tighten it up, and im wondering could the code 1 be from me over tightening it?, another member on here said if i did over tighten it it wouldnt matter, but im starting to think so, since the o2 sensor is disabled.

ok now this is what happenes is when i try to start it i feels like it wants to start sputtering and poping(every once in a while though) it ran fine 2 days ago, then i moved my injector wires under my intake mani and this happens.

Sure you diddn't mix up the injector wires?
Thats what it sound like hence the sputtering. Did you cut the wires at all to move them?

          Then disable it.

Go through each injector wire and ignition wire and test for continuity from the ecu side to each pin.

What has actually been done since the problem first happened?
You relocated the injector wiring to under the manifold, and obviously the plug leads were switched.
Is there anything else you did or changed?
