If your camshaft really is worn down that means there's fragments of metal throughout the entire engine, in all the bearings in top end and bottom end and the block would need an entire rebuild before being reliable again. You're definitely better off looking for a complete engine swap to start over with.

because it is bad enough we dont have vtec to begin with. there's no way you can make power!

for me its not really det. in terms of what power options may or may not be... Its more of the visual look of how the DOHC is vs the SOHC...

but still I can get an F22b DOHC all day long for 550 wich is another good factor
